Another amazing stay!
This was our third visit to Searulean and it continues to be our favorite spot on St Martin! Always a pleasure to deal with Island Immo. We love this townhome – its a perfect location and is a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation!

We had a fabulous stay!
This the is the second time we stayed at Searulean, so that should tell you something. We enjoyed the property, its location to the beach and the Orient Square, and the property management team.

Home-Style Living Near Beautiful Orient Bay Beaches
Our townhouse was very comfortable with all necessary appliances and ample room for our family. We were close to beautiful beaches where we swam and snorkeled. We also splashed around in the backyard pool. We generally prepared our own meals, but could find good restaurants in the area when we wanted. Supplies were available nearby. Supermarkets and groceries were also not too far away. When we had questions or minor maintenance issues, Christine at Island Immo was very sensitive to our needs.

Would love to stay again
Neighborhood was great! Nice and convenient to stay and travel to nearby locations. The Host, Lydia called the day we got there and everything was set up, clean, and ready to live. Loved the home.. loved the beach nearby Would love to stay again, and completely give it rave reviews.

Great relaxing beach get away
2 bedrooms up stairs, great balcony upstairs. Simply decorated yet clean and comfy. Nice kitchen. Working dishwasher and clothes washer dryer combo. AC worked well (after it was fixed in one room).

Property was in a good location a short walk to Orient Beach. Close to several restaurants and supermarket. Property itself was pleasant but the furnishings are a little dated. Private pool in the backyard was a nice bonus.

Great location. Short walk to beach
Well appointed. Had a few issues with the air conditioning remotes, but eventually figured them out. Small ants appeared if you left any food out, but learned not to do that pretty quickly. Everything else worked perfectly. Pool was great.

We had a fabulous stay!
Stayed in December 2015 — We were on St Martin from 12/28 through 1/8. Our villa/condo was just what we had anticipated. Everything was clean, the property management group was wonderful. For example, we had an issue with the safe, and they told us what we needed to do so we could safely use them, we asked for an extra key and we received one immediately. We lost WiFi and called the office and they informed us that they had received other calls so we knew it was not just in our villa. And we got it back shortly thereafter. We were right across from the beach – a 3 minute walk. Perfect! We would definitely rent this villa again.

Great Location!
We stayed at the Searulean in June. The unit is a very short walk (~1 block) to the Orient Beach Villa and the beach. The unit was very clean and well cared for. Lydia and Felicia (who was on pregnancy leave) were both very helpful and friendly. They helped us obtain a rental car from Kangarou rentals which I also recommend. We walked by several of their other units which also looked nice. We would be happy to work with Lydia or Felicia on future rentals.

Great Week At Orient Bay
Stayed in April 2015 — We had a fantastic time. The property was close to the beach and to restaurants. We loved to sit on the second floor balcony at night enjoying the quiet of the evening. This property was well equipped. The only thing that presented a problem was the second bedroom shower did not seem to have hot water otherwise everything was great. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again.

Easter Break
Searulean was the perfect getaway for our family of five. We had a car, but everything you need is just a few minutes walk away. Quiet, but close to the beach, restaurants, stores, market. We ate breakfast and lunch at the property and went out for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The property was pretty and well maintained. It was a far better choice than the resorts nearby and a lot less expensive. We used the money we saved to book a great boat trip over to Anguilla on the Fun Seaker out of Anse Marcel.

Searulean Townhome in Orient Village
Stayed in March 2015 — Property description and photos were accurate. We loved that so many great restaurants were within walking distance at the marketplace in Orient Village as was Orient Beach! Wonderful beach for taking long walks and there was always a comfortable breeze and temperatures when sitting at the beach enjoying the view of the ocean and watching the many water activities. First experience staying in St. Martin. Would definitely stay again at Searulean in Orient Village and would recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay!
This was our first trip to the “Friendly Island” and it certainly lived up to its name. Searulean was a lovely place to stay and a great location – just a short walk to the beach or the restaurants on the Place. There was plenty of room inside but we spent most of our time enjoying the the great patio/pool area and balcony. Despite the other residences nearby, it felt very private and quiet. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful condo
Stayed in January 2015 — Beautiful condo. Well appointed and well managed. Second time renting and would highly recommended.

Wish I was there now!
Stayed in December 2014 — We stayed at the Searulean townhouse for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. There were four adults and two young children I can’t say enough good things about our stay. It was just a couple of minuets away from a very well stocked grocery store, half a dozen or more restaurants, not to mention the Macaroon Bakery, (great croissants, cheeseburgers and home made fries). Orient beach is also just a few minuets away with all the water sports, bars, beach chair/umbrella rentals and action you could want. To be able to enjoy the beach with all the activity and return to our townhouse which was so peaceful and quiet was the best of both worlds. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms on the upper level, both with king sized beds, each has a two piece bathroom, The shared toilet is in a separate room in the hall. The lower level fully equipped kitchen, full three piece bathroom, TV room and dining room are clean, and comfortable with sliding doors that enable you to open up the whole wall leading to the pool. The living room has it’s own door, closet and sliding doors that makes it another bedroom with a couch that opens into a double bed. We spent hours in our private freshwater pool. We took advantage of the BBQ to make great meals at home, chicken, steak and lobster! The view from the upper terrace at night is outstanding. We had been looking forward to our vacation for months and it was all we had hoped for and more, the location, the peace and quiet, the pool. Felicia was great to work with, any questions we had (how to lock the door, where to take garbage/recycle) she responded to immediately. I would recommend the Searulean to couples or families. The few cons are really nit picky; more storage for clothes in the bedrooms, the unit was hard to find, (hint, look for the boat with the blue tarp.) English translation for operation of washer/dryer and dish washer, drying rack for wet swimsuits, towels, etc. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5 stars.

Refreshingly clean and new feeling
Stayed in January 2015 — The Searulean rental unit is a very nice place, and over all we enjoyed our stay. We will list the positive and negative things we experienced: Positives: – Over all exceptionally good condition. – Everything in good working condition. – Location to beach, restaurants, shopping. – Air Conditioning very adequate for all rooms. – New linens, dishes, appliances, decorations. – Fresh landscaping around the pool. – Working shutters for more security. – Extra towels, linens, plug adapters. – BBQ pit. – Email with arrival instructions and key code. Negatives: – Unannounced intrusion for plumbing repairs. – Broken tiles in the entry foyer/stairs. – Need Washer/Dryer instructions in English. – BBQ Propane tank empty upon arrival. We will keep the Searulean unit in mind for future reservations because it was refreshingly clean and new feeling.
