Private Homes for Rent at Orient Bay

Orient Bay or Baie Orientale as it is called in French is on the East sie of the island and faces the Atlantic Ocean. Orient Beach is one of the top destinations of the Caribbean.  Guests of the luxury villas can easily frequent the beach and enjoy a broad range of entertainment close by. A broad range of rental villas are located within walking distance to the beach. Most villas offer a complete set of amenities including private swimming pools, daily maid service, and encompasses all the comforts for your home from home vacation rental. The villas have typically 2 – 3 bedrooms, some even 5 bedrooms.  

Sun bathing, either topless in the public beach area, or without swimsuit at the Club O clothing optional beach area is common at Orient Beach.  Many villas are grant a high degree of privacy and thus are suitable to practice clothing optional sun bathing and swimming. Known as the St. Tropez of the Caribbean, St Martin Orient Beach is a beautiful mile long beach famous for its pristine white sand and sparkling turquoise water. The beach, lined with fun beach bars and restaurants offers a wonderful and diverse selection of water sports and activities perfect for the entire family. Beach chairs can be rented at beach concessionaires or often are provided to patrons of restaurants and bars, if they consume at certain levels.

The displayed villas, located in the “Parc de la Baie Orientale”, can be rented either directly from the owner or through agents. Minimum rental period in high season is a week, off season, some can be rented for 5 nights depending on owners. Rates are usually quoted in USD, some with tax included, and some charge taxes separately. Please, use the currency converter for those, which are offered in Euros, the official currency of the French side of the island.

Orient Village has its own patrolling security services and is considered to be a safe area at day and night. The area is very well maintained and boasts of many flowers, palm trees, and exotic plants. 

A rental car is strongly recommended as public transport is not much developed on the island and cabs are rather expensive. You also need a car for doing major shopping in the larger super markets on the French or Dutch side of the island.
