Casa Boco is located at a small peninsula close to Simpson and
Maho Bay. Despite its French name Burgeaux Bay, it is a part of
Dutch Sint Maarten. The villa offers all the comfort and privacy of
a finely appointed vacation home. Complete with a freshwater
swimming pool, the villa is at footsteps only from the public
walkway to Maho beach. Just a few luxury Caribbean villas sit
on this unspoiled St. Maarten beach.
The Casa Boco complex includes a three bedroom main house along
with two studio apartments within the villa guest house. Guests can
rent a single studio for 1-2 people, the three bedroom main house
for 2-6 people, or the entire five-bedroom, five-bath Caribbean
villa estate suitable for up to 10 people.
The main house’s three bedroom suites are home to a roomy king
and two queen beds. Studio apartments include either a king or
double twin beds. For the extra overnight guest, a blow-up mattress
is on hand. The Casa Boco main house showcases a huge combo kitchen
and living area for a whole crowd of relaxed vacationers to hang
out in. The villa kitchen includes modern appliances, dinnerware,

A short and paved access road leads to the entrance of Casa
Boco. The Casa Boco villa complex consists of the main house with
three bedrooms and two separate studios, which can be rented
separately for your romantic getaway or with the main house for a
larger party of up to 10 people.
The terrace with its freshwater pool are the special and
unique note of this fine property. It sits right at ocean front at
a length of 100 feet. Fantastic views and the sound of waves are
guaranteed.
Both the studios and the main house have full use of the
large freshwater pool and deck.
The open plan living room features telephone, Cable TV, DVD, and
stereo amenities. The villa offers wireless and cable Internet
connections. Cable TV, DVD player, and stereo are available in
each villa unit.
All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned for your sleeping
comfort. There is a telephone in each unit for making local calls
and receiving long distance calls. The main house’s three bedroom
suites feature one roomy King (Master bedroom) and two Queen beds –
all with ocean views!
The two studios apartments are bedded with comfortable beds that
convert from double twins to a King.

Beaches close to Casa Boco
There are several beaches in short walking and/or driving
distance to Casa Boco. Burgeaux Bay beach is a narrow beach with
sand and rocks between. Longer, wider, and more appealing beaches
are at Simpson Bay, Maho Beach, and at Mullet Bay. The clothing
optional beaches are on the French side in 5 – 10 miles
distance.

Ah, Casa Boco!
Ah, Casa Boco! What a wonderful spot! Casa Boco, nestled in a charming neighborhood overlooking the Caribbean, was everything we wanted and needed for five couples. The sunsets were magnificent, and watching the planes come in and the cruise ships sail by was a real treat. Besides the pool area, our favorite spot was the large table that sits in the breezeway where we had cocktails and most of our meals . Several of the men brought their guitars, so most nights we spent singing along. The villa is very well equipped, and the housekeeper is wonderful. We all can’t say enough about what a wonderful time we had and how great the villa and St. Maarten are. Hope to return soon.

Sorry for the delay in writing this review…been chaotic to say the least around here these last few weeks since our return home! I hope all is well with you and Marty 🙂 Is it summer over there yet? We still have at least 3 feet of snow in our yard!! My husband and I stayed at Casa Boco from February 17-24…it was our third visit to St. Maarten but first at this location and hopefully not the last. We rented Studio #2 which is very cozy and thanks to Claudia it was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for the week. The pool deck is absolutely perfect and the views are breathtaking! It is close to many shops and restaurants in Maho and Simpson Bay and less than a 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on St. Maarten. The best part of our vacation was sharing this wonderful villa with the owners…Bobbie and Marty are such amazing people who went above and beyond to assure we had a great stay. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us and we hope to cross paths again someday soon 🙂

Casa Boco fit the bill on all fronts!
We were in St. Maarten for the AUC med school graduation and wanted accommodations for two families to share comfortably and be convenient to all the festivities. Casa Boco fit the bill on all fronts! The property is well maintained and very well equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen (including basics for clean up, trash bags, paper towels, etc so we didn’t have to buy those items). The views are beyond compare- the pictures capture a fraction of the beauty of the glorious sunsets on the patio! Also the nice wide patio area and smaller outdoor seating areas allowed everyone to have their own spot without feeling crowded – even with 10 adults staying together.
The crystal clean pool was a wonderful addition and was enjoyed by all! The rooms are nicely appointed and individually temp controlled – so everyone was happy with their particular preference for AC or not! Each room has its own bathroom with shower, which was a blessing with 10 people trying to get ready to leave at the same time. Having fresh bath or beach towels available daily was a nice touch as well. The property is a few minutes drive from the airport, Sunset Beach for plane watching, the village of Maho and also Simpson Bay – everything was so close by it was great. It is a easy location for traveling to the different favorite spots on both the Dutch and French side.
Claudia (the house manager) is a delight! She was so pleasant and accommodating and was not at all intrusive, even if we were home during her daily visits. The neighborhood has night security and the house is also nicely secured including individual safes in each room – so no concerns about valuables while out and about (which can be of concern in some areas in the islands).
I would definitely recommend this property as a vacation home in St. Maarten and would love to have a chance to stay there again in the future – I gave the info to my son’s fiancee as her family will be looking for a place for graduation next year!

Casa Boco – highlight of our trip to SXM
Roberta, Just wanted to let you know that our stay at Casa Boco was the highlight of our trip to SXM this year. We enjoyed every aspect of your beautiful villa. The pool was wonderful. Only ventured out one day to go to a beach. Decided there was not need to leave such a nice setting. The villa was complete with every thing we needed. Finally found the best place on the island to have steak. Two rib eyes and fresh vegetables for grilling from Le Grande Marche, cooked on the charcoal grill pool side, served under the stars. It doesn’t get any better!! Claudia was an added pleasure. We enjoyed our chats with her and appreciate her hard work to make our stay enjoyable.
The “Red Roof” of the villa became a land mark for us. As we drove and sailed around Simpson Bay we would look for the distinctive Red Roof of the villa which is now a special place for us.

Wonderful time at Casa Boco
I just wanted to drop you a note, now that we’re all back from St. Martin, and tell you what a wonderful time we had staying at Casa Boco. The setting is picturesque and you have the best sunset view of any place I’ve been on the island – right outside the door. We loved staying there. The room was perfect, the pool was wonderful, and we had everything we needed and more. As you know, my 88 year old mother who’d never been out of the country, my sister who turned 50, and a some relatives and friends who’d never been to St. Martin, were all going to come to my timeshare at the Towers. I decided I needed more room so I found your website and decided to stay at Casa Boco with one of the gang. My family thought I was being nice when I let them stay at the Towers. Then they came over to Casa Boco for cocktails at sunset and they all offered to swap with me so I could stay at my timeshare. Needless to say, I didn’t. I would recommend renting from you to anyone, without reservation, and I hope I can do it again sometime. I feel very lucky to have found your website and even luckier to have stayed at your lovely villa. Thanks again to Claudia who is an outstanding site manager.

Breathtaking Sunsets!
I could have stayed hours enjoying the sunsets on CasaBoco’s terrace. I highly recommend this villa, it made me feel at home in a paradisiac place. Service was outstanding and the rent price was very reasonable. Excellent place in St. Maarten.

Our most wonderful vacation, ever!
St. Maarten turned out to be the perfect vacation island for me and my wife. We were celebrating 17 years together, and hadn’t had time to ourselves in ages. We’ve stayed in private residences before, but never have we felt so at home as we did at Casa Boco.
The property is immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, plates and utensils. It was great, taking our time getting up in the morning and making a real pot of coffee, then taking our breakfast on the lanai – the most spectacular part of Casa Boco. The owner, Roberta Valins, even had a bottle of wine waiting for us to help celebrate our anniversary. The view from the lanai is pure serenity. Just beyond the pool is the Caribbean Sea. The view of water and sky put us in just the right mood for the day, and relaxed us in the evening after long days of sightseeing, picture-taking, and water activities.
Although we didn’t know much about St. Maarten’s geography going there, we soon discovered we were in one of the best locations on the island. We were ten minutes from the airport, grocery shopping, and Simpson Bay – banking, great dining, movie rentals, were very close by and easy to find. All main roads connect in the area, so getting to our daily destinations was a no-stress event.
The way Casa Boco is situated on Burgeaux Bay allows for complete privacy, which made it easy to rekindle our romance, swimming under the stars, or enjoying the luscious sunshine. Our villa was one of the best parts of our vacation.
The customer service was excellent. Roberta Valins, owner of the property, made all of our arrangements easy and simple. The concierge was waiting for us when we got there and made us feel quite at home. Maid and laundry service couldn’t have been better. There was never a worry or a hassle our whole time there.
Dining out, we were expecting seafood, seafood, and more seafood, but surprisingly, the island’s specialty is ribs, barbecued creole style. A ten-minute ride from Casa Boco took us to the best ribs on St. Maarten, at Lee’s Roadside Inn, located on the main road in Simpson Bay. Our two favorite daytime activities were water sports and sunbathing at Orient Beach, and hanging out in Philipsburg, capital of the Dutch side.
Every evening we looked forward to returning to our cozy villa on the sea, where we often cooked our own dinner, just the two of us, and enjoyed the sunset over the Caribbean. Casa Boco is the place to stay on St. Maarten!
